The building is a four story office building with 309 above ground parking spaces and a section of underground parking that will house an additional 57 cars. The building will have the capacity to accommodate approximately 411 occupants and will showcase Carttera’s commitment to environment and sustainable design. All facets of design are to be completed in conjunction with a proposed sustainable design strategy that is intended to result in the final building facility being accredited as a LEED Canada 2009-CS Certified project.
